Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

• Purchase data: your email address, name, billing country and payment status, collected at checkout. We use it to deliver the book, send your download link and receipt, and handle support requests (performance of the contract).
• Accounting records: order details are kept for as long as tax law requires, currently 5 years from the end of the tax year (legal obligation).
• Emails you send us: to answer you.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and file delivery.
• Resend: sending the email with your download link.

Some of these providers process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout page may use cookies needed for payment security and fraud prevention.

Marketing

We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your country.
