1. Who sells the book

The Swap Kitchen is sold by Kacper Mazurek, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG), ul. Pohulanka 12 lok. 74, 03-890 Warszawa, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5243020614, REGON 529977283 (the "Seller", "we"). "The Swap Kitchen" and "Ray Quackenbush" are brand names used by the Seller. 2. The product

The Swap Kitchen is a digital cookbook: one PDF file of about 65 pages with 50 recipes. It is not a physical book and nothing is shipped. You need a device that can open PDF files (phone, tablet or computer). You can also print it for your own use.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and on the checkout page in US dollars. Payment is made by card or a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. If a promotional price is shown, the page states when it ends.

4. Delivery

Right after payment you are taken to a page with a download button. A link to the same page is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The link stays active so you can download the book again.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and UK)

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the download has started, if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give that request and acknowledgement at checkout. If you have not downloaded the book yet, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing us, and we will refund you in full. See the refund policy.

6. Problems with the file

If the file does not download, does not open or is damaged, email us at [email protected]. We reply within 14 days and will send you a working file or, if we cannot, refund you. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country for digital content that does not conform to the contract.

7. What you may do with the book

You get a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the book for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part. All content, recipes text and photos are protected by copyright.

8. Health information

The book contains recipes and general information. It is not medical or nutritional advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nutrition figures are estimates. Check ingredient lists for allergens and talk to your doctor before making significant changes to your diet.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to resolve it. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution or contact their local consumer protection authority.
